The LIVEPRO Balance Board trains the coordination and balance skills of the trainees. The whole body is used. The board is made of wood and has a non-slip surface for a safe stand during the exercises. The easy-rolling and extremely robust roller reduces vibrations, noise and protects the floor from abrasion.

Using a balance board also increases strength and stability in your core muscles, which in turn improves your posture because you´re better able to maintain proper spine position.
